Wooded area within pasture provides additional shade & shelter. Rubber
mats,safe well seeded pastures, hot/cold water, access to miles of beautiful
trails-great for endurance training. You would feel like you are in a
resort.
Self/Shared duties such as blanketing, handling for the vet & farrier,
mucking, feeding, fly spray, worming program etc. Owners should expect
to perform shared routine daily maintenance for the animals. Your horse
would be my horse companion, so it would be treated with the same care
and love mine receives. Boarder must be friendly, easy going, reliable,
kid friendly, horse knowledgable, and happy. Boarding includes stall,
group turnout, salt/mineral blocks, hay in winter & deworming program.
Boarder will provide own feed, vet, farrier, grooming tools. Owner will
be feeding Legends/Triple Crown feed. Feed is available at additional
cost. I feed every morning at about 5 AM and you would feed every evening
around 5 PM. I have a list of farriers and Vet. Appointments could be
coordinated to share vet call fee expense. New horse coming in must have
a current coggins and list of vaccination. New horse will remain in one
isolation field for a week.
