We have over 40 years of experience in barn management and equine care. The newly renovated full service facility offers a new outdoor ring (135 x 270), indoor ring, cross country jumps, large fields for turnout as well as private and semi-private paddocks. The center aisle way barn offers large stalls with mats, hot/cold wash stall, farriers station, tack rooms as well as a boarders lounge. Our full time barn staff lives on site. Powhatan, VA ~ The Stables at Norwood ~ Norwood is a 150 acre plantation located on Rt. 711 (Huguenot Trail) that backs up to the James River. We have a 26 stall barn, hot/cold wash stall, two tack rooms, three pastures, one isolation paddock, a medium sized grass ring with jumps, and several trails.
