UTAH FOX TROTTING HORSE ASSOCIATION

3rd ANNUAL NATIONAL TRAIL RIDE

DATES: May 25 & 26 - 2007

LOCATION: Deer Springs Ranch. www.deerspringsranch.org

Directions: At the bottom of this document. You can also get directions off of the map on their web site. RIDE, WEEKEND ATTRACTIONS and FACILITIES

* Catered Meals – 3 meals on Fridaay, and 3 meals on Saturday. If you stay for the entire weekend you will be responsible for your own meals on Sunday and Monday

* Entertainment and nightly socials around the campfire.

* Camp: Horse Water, Potable Water, and Port-a-Potties will be available on site.

1. Cost of each attendee is $150 for Friday and Saturday. Children 8 and under will be free. Money must be paid in full and sent in with application.

2. There will be a meet and greet Thursday evening. We will provide more detailed information at that time (meal times, ride times, trail information, etc.)

3. The official ride starts with breakfast on Friday May 25th and ends with dinner the 26th. You are encouraged to arrive on Thursday May 24th.

4. Please…no dogs at large; no doggs near the caterer's area; no dogs on trails.

5. Forest Service regulations require that all feed is certified weed free.

6. Plan to use a portable corral, electric fence corral or tie to your trailer.

7. An adult rider must sign a release of liability when registering at the ride site.

8. Application deadline and payment of money is May 19, 2007.

9. Cancellations must be e-mailed or phoned only to Dennis Bromley dbromley@macu.org or 801-541-0391, May 19th to be eligible for a refund. No refunds for cancellations received after that date. No refunds to people who do not show up.
