Nevada Horse Activities

Clinton Anderson Coming to Winnemucca, Nevada January 25-27 If you've never had the opportunity to be a spectator or participant at a Clinton Anderson Downunder Horsemanship clinic, you've got no idea the depth of knowledge, humor and fun you are missing. It's a 3-day learning workshop, but school was never this fun or entertaining before. See Anderson's methods in action and watch riders just like yourself accelerate their horsemanship in just three short days at the Winnemucca, NV Series I Horsemanship clinic. Anderson will be coming to the Winnemucca Events Complex January 25-27 to share his time tested and step-by-step training program with riders and spectators alike. As the host of a widely popular horse training television show on the RFD-TV network (available on Dish and DirecTV to over 40 million homes), Anderson has helped countless riders achieve the level of success they desire with their horses. The series I clinic features ground work and under saddle exercises that will instantly improve a horse’s respect, softness and responsiveness, and a rider’s confidence and self-awareness. Anderson preaches respect and control, and spectators will see firsthand how his techniques produce safe horsemanship. Watching Anderson's step-by-step techniques work on 20 horses and riders and hearing his explanation of every action will allow spectators to quickly learn how to replicate the same respect and responsiveness with their own horses. Spectators will also be able to personally ask Anderson any of their horse training questions throughout the three days. Avid fans can even have their photo taken with Anderson, who is the only two-time champion of the prestigious Road to the Horse Colt Starting Challenge (an event that gives trainers just 3 hours to train an unbroken horse to ride). The Friday, Saturday and Sunday event starts at 9 a.m. each day and ends at 5 p.m. The cost to observe is $35.00 per day pre-paid. All tickets purchased at the clinic will be $45.00 per day. Call 1-88-AUSSIE-2 or visit www.clintonanderson.net to order your tickets now. 11/13/07
