I live in Warsaw, Missouri and Ive been
braking horses and training horses for barrels for about 6 years now.
I've broke all my own and trained all my own barrel horses and a lot of
my friends horses. I charge on how much training the horse has had or
is needed. If your horse is hardly halter broke and pretty spooky, I charge
$400 a month, if he is halter broke and calm and never worked w/ under
saddles, I charge $300. If your horse is started under that saddle, meaning
you show me he can be saddled w/ no spook I charge $250, and if you just
want him finished, meaning you show me you can get on him w/ out him spooking,
I will finish him off for $200. If you want them trained for barrels,
I charge $300 a month if they have had no work and if it is a barrel horse
gone bad, I charge the same because most of the time its harder to restart
a barrel horse. So I charge all barrel work $300. You supply feed, If
you live to far to come see the progress of your horse I send video's
through the mail. If you think you live to far to bring your horse, I
will come get it for a small fee, or we can meet somewhere halfway.. DONT
