Wanted: House/apt needed. I am going to be moving to Carver County MN for six months and need a short term rental. I have one horse and would love to rent a place on a boarding/training facility. I currently own and manage Eaton Prairie Ranch in Colorado and am experienced in all phases of horse care and ranch maintenance. I can handle, groom, feed, exercise etc all horses, clean stalls, drive tractors, as well as fix/maintain any kind of fencing or building maintenance. I am a volunteer at the Minnesota Hooved Animal Rescue Foundation located in Zimmerman MN. The shelter is in need of trainers to donate their time to help these horses find new homes. The shelter currently has around 70 head of horses most of which have little or no training making it hard to find them new homes. I would be interested in having someone teach me to do some training also as I do a lot of foster care for the shelter and enjoy helping out and finding these animals loving homes. Trainers fees are tax deductible as it is a non-profit orginization.
