Hi, my name is Bob Conley and I’d like for you to take a minute and if just maybe someone in your organization is moving, maybe this subdivision, developed especially for the horse and their owners, might just fit their lifestyle. I own 280 acres in the beautiful hills of eastern Kansas just outside of Tonganoxie, within 30 minutes of Kansas City to the east, 15 minutes from Lawrence to the south, southwest, and 45 minutes from Topeka to the west. I have planned and zoned this land and put in the infrastructure as Rocking C Equestrian Estates with 55 beautiful lots which are from 2.5 to 17 acres, each ranging in price from $73,500 to $189,000.
