Dear Fellow Idaho Horseman/woman,
Is there an Idaho law which allows a rider to pass through property, as long As they close gates, etc. Behind them?? Is there a law that pertains to this, or is it just a neighborly courtesy to allow
Non-owners to ride through? Thank you, Theresa zirwes@niwb.net 1/2/07
