The farm has 3 large grass turn out pastures and a large 200' x 100' sand outdoor riding ring with lighting and 60' round pen. Almost all new wood fencing for all outdoor pastures. We are within 5 miles of the Paulinskill Trail system and local riding trails off the property are available. The farm is located within 5 minutes of the Sussex County Fairgrounds.
