New and used Tack from California53” Dressage Girth from Refined English Leather Custom Made $85
This is a custom made dressage Girth of 53” of the finest English
leather. I had this made more narrow under the shoulder so as not to rub
or interfere with the gait of the horse or pinch or crowd him. The backside
is extremely soft, pliable, supple calf’s hide like a very soft high
quality leather coat you would want to rub against your face. There is
multi-layered padding in between the front and back leather for maximum
comfort. It almost feels like it is lined in a sturdy memory foam. The
corners are rounded with the soft pliable leather & padding so as
to not rub the horse in any manner. It has solid stainless steel roller
buckles. There is no elastic in this girth however due to the design there
is no need to cinch tight. Mounting with a soft cinch is easy and the
saddle stays where you put it due to the design. The softness of the underside
makes it heavenly for the horse and creates a non slip adhesion when mounting
and un-mounting. I initially paid over $200 to have this made and then
found I needed a larger size so I had to order a second one. This is the
spare. MEASUREMENTS: From end of buckle to end of buckle is 53 1/2 inches.
