Arkansas Horse Talk

November 11-13 One of the most powerful tools that we use as experiential facilitators is ourselves. Facilitation for Transformation is a two and a half day workshop that is specifically designed to focus on you, as an experiential facilitator. This workshop immediately follows and is within driving distance of the Association of Experiential Education International Conference in Little Rock, Arkansas. During the workshop we will be using horses to guide us in our explorations of:

The filters we us to understand culture
The intentional use of how we show up in the experiential process
How we choose to connect with power, our own and others
How we use our intention to influence outcomes

No horse experience is necessary, we will not be riding. In the presence of a horse, a powerful sentient being, our own power is in question. Through the investigation of this question we believe we can become more effective in our roles as facilitators. mcarey@prescott.edu
