My name is Elaina (Lane) Webb and I was wondering about being a Equine and Canine Consultant here in Flagstaff, Arizona. Before I start the business I wanted to be sure on some issues. I have 30+ years experience in the Equine and Canine industry. I was wondering how liable a person is that does this what the rule and regs. are. What is someone does not listen and does something the wrong way and tries to sue you for it. It is your word against theirs. Please let me know.
